You are in Encomenda’s whistleblower channel. This is a completely confidential channel available to employees, associates, collaborators, clients, suppliers and interested third parties.
We appreciate receiving any communication related to malpractices related with finance, accounting, commercial, stock market, prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism or regulatory compliance, linked to Encomenda and that allows us to correct the incident and improve as a company.
How to submit a report?
- Named: If you decide to send the report with your name and contact information, the Regulatory Compliance team may contact you for further information if necessary.
- Anonymous: If you decide to send the report anonymously, you must provide only an email address (it can be one created specifically for the purpose of submitting the report). The address will be used to follow up on the report and to review it in the event that regulatory compliance needs additional information.
Please remember that confidentiality is the general criteria that supports the Whistleblower Channel, so the complaint will be treated under the principles of the Data Protection Act and the Whistleblower Protection Act. Only the “Compliance Officer”, who is the person responsible for Encomenda’s Internal Information System, will have access to it, and he/she will be in charge of supervising and following up the complaints received.
For any questions or queries, or in case you want to make your complaint in person, you can contact compliance@encomenda.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Also, as a last option, you should know that you have at your disposal an external channel to the company, the Anonymous Whistleblower Channel of the OAC (Oficina Antifrau de Catalunya) which is the Independent Authority for the Protection of the Whistleblower in Catalonia. You can find it at: antifrau.cat
